    is equipment that directly transmits electrical energy from equipment described in paragraph (a) to a qualified clean hydrogen project and more than 50% of the electrical energy to be transmitted by the equipment over the first 20 years of the project’s operations, based on the most recent clean hydrogen project plan, is expected to support the qualified CCUS project or qualified clean hydrogen project.
