    the Minister of Natural Resources may request from the taxpayer all documentation and information necessary for the Minister of Natural Resources to fulfill a responsibility under this section and may refuse to confirm the taxpayer’s clean hydrogen project plan or revised clean hydrogen project plan if such documentation or information is not provided by the taxpayer on or before the day that is 180 days after it was requested.
