    in the case of a trust, the individual, or the individual together with persons and partnerships with which the individual does not deal at arm’s length, holds at that time interests as a beneficiary (in this paragraph, as defined in subsection 108(1)) under the trust that have a fair market value of 10% or more of the fair market value of the interests of all beneficiaries under the trust.
