    For the purposes of the definition qualifying fiscal period in subsection 34.2(1) and subparagraphs 34.2(6)(b)(i) and 34.2(6)(c)(i), a reference to a particular business of a taxpayer includes another business substituted therefor, or for which the particular business was substituted, by the taxpayer where
