    The gross tax attributes of directed persons at any time in respect of a debtor means the total of all amounts each of which is an amount that would be applied under any of subsections 80(3) to 80(10) and 80(12) in respect of a settlement of a separate commercial obligation (in this subsection referred to as a “notional obligation”) issued by directed persons at that time in respect of the debtor if the following assumptions were made:
