    Where a new corporation is formed by the amalgamation of a particular corporation and one or more of its subsidiary wholly-owned corporations, the new corporation is deemed to be the same corporation as, and a continuation of, the particular corporation for the purposes of applying sections 111 and 126, subsections 127(5) to 127(26) and 181.1(4) to 181.1(7), Part IV and subsections 190.1(3) to 190.1(6) in respect of the particular corporation.
