    for the purposes of this paragraph and section 126, the electing contributor is deemed to have paid as business-income tax (in this subsection as defined by subsection 126(7)) or non-business-income tax (in this subsection as defined by subsection 126(7)), as the case may be, for the contributor’s year in respect of a source the amount determined by the formula A × B/C where A is the amount that, in the absence of subparagraph (e)(i), would be the business-income tax or non-business-income tax, as the case may be, paid by the trust in respect of that source for the trust’s year, B is the total of all amounts each of which is an amount designated under paragraph (c) in respect of that source by the trust in respect of the electing contributor in the trust’s return of income under this Part for the trust’s year, and C is the trust’s income for the trust’s year from that source;
