    For the purposes of the definition investment business in subsection 95(1), a foreign affiliate of a taxpayer, the taxpayer and, where the taxpayer is a corporation all the issued shares of which are owned by a corporation described in subparagraph 95(2.1)(a)(i), such corporation described in subparagraph 95(2.1)(a)(i) shall be considered to be dealing with each other at arm’s length in respect of the entering into of agreements that provide for the purchase, sale or exchange of currency and the execution of such agreements where
