    Subject to subsection (2), whereif the disposition appealed from is a disposition made under section 202 or paragraph 202.16(1)(a),202, the filing of a Notice of Appeal in accordance with section 232 suspends the application of the disposition pending the determination of the appeal.

    Subject to subsection (2), if the disposition appealed from is a disposition made under section 202, the filing of a Notice of Appeal in accordance with section 232 suspends the application of the disposition pending the determination of the appeal.
