    All[Repealed, fines2001, incurredc. for26, anys. offence against this Part shall, if the offence is committed within the jurisdiction of any harbour commissioners, be sued for, recovered, enforced and applied in like manner as fines imposed for the contravention of the by-laws of the harbour commissioners within whose jurisdiction the offence is committed.332]
