Versions of s. 660.2(4)(b)

have an arrangement with a response organization to which a certificate of designation has been issued pursuant to subsection 660.4(1) in respect of a specified quantity of oil that is at least equal to the total quantity of oil, as determined by regulation, that is, at any particular time, involved in the loading or unloading of oil to or from a ship at the oil handling facility, to a maximum of ten thousand tonnes, and in respect of the place where the oil handling facility is located;
