    The Minister must, within three months after the end of each fiscal year, prepare a report respecting any orders referred to in sections 15.1 and 15.2 that were made during that fiscal year and must cause the report to be laid before each House of Parliament within the first 15 days on which that House is sitting after the report is completed.
