A reference to a former regional ward is a reference to the ward of that name that was used to elect members of the council of The Regional Municipality of Ottawa-Carleton at the 1997 regular election.
A reference to a township or a city in the Table in subsection (1) is a reference to that township or city as it exists on the date this regulation is filed.
