— Dissolution of foundation
The crown foundation established by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council under section 2 of the Act and known as the “CIAR” foundation is hereby dissolved.
s. 2
— Transfer of assets
Upon the dissolution of the “CIAR” foundation under section 1, the assets of the foundation become the assets of the Canadian Institute for Advanced Research.
