s. 1 — Use of money held in trust

(1) The Commission shall pay to the local board known as the Ontario Apple Growers all money that it holds in trust for The Ontario Apple Marketing Commission.

s. 1(2)

The Ontario Apple Growers shall use the money received under subsection (1) only for the purpose of research that benefits apple growers.
