— Dissolution of foundation
The crown foundation established by order of the Lieutenant Governor in Council dated December 4, 1996 under section 2 of the Act and known as the “Grand River Hospital Crown Foundation” is hereby dissolved.
s. 2
— Transfer of assets
Upon the dissolution of the “Grand River Hospital Crown Foundation” under section 1, the assets of the foundation become the assets of the Grand River Hospital Foundation.
