— Prescribed as ambulance worker
For the purposes of clause (c) of the definition of “ambulance worker” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act, an employee whose duties include call-taking services required for the provision of ambulance services is prescribed as an ambulance worker.
s. 2
— Application
The Act applies to the provision of air ambulance services to the same extent as it applies to the provision of other ambulance services.
