— Prescribed classes of public servants
For the purposes of subsections 8 (7) and (8) of the Act, each of the following classes of positions for public servants that is created under subsection 33 (1) of the Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 is prescribed:
s. 1(1)
A position that is classified under subsection 33 (1) of that Act as AOFA 1, AOFA 2 or AOFA 3.
s. 1(2)
A position that is classified under subsection 33 (1) of that Act as XOFA 1, XOFA 2 or XOFA 3.
