— Amendment to procurement contract
(1) The IESO may amend a contract into which it has entered that is deemed to be a procurement contract pursuant to subsection 25.32 (6) or (7) of the Act. ;

A contract that is deemed to be a procurement contract pursuant to subsection 25.32 (6) or (7) of the Act and that is amended or amended and restated is deemed to continue to be a procurement contract, as amended or amended and restated, for the purposes of the Act.
