— Prescribed temporary indexing factor
(1) For the purposes of subsections 51 (5) and 52 (1.3) of the Act, a temporary indexing factor of 0.5 per cent shall be applied for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016. ; ; ; ;

For the purposes of subsections 51 (5) and 52 (1.3) of the Act, a temporary indexing factor of 1 per cent shall be applied for 2017.
