(1) Ontario Regulation 484/71, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.
The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-01 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.
(1) Ontario Regulation 1133/80, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.
The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-02 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.
(1) Ontario Regulation 561/91, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.
The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-03 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.
(1) Ontario Regulation 531/94, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.
The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-04 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.
(1) Ontario Regulation 535/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.
The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-05 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.
(1) Ontario Regulation 573/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the North Almaguin Planning Board.
The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-06 of the North Almaguin Planning Board.
