— Deemed zoning by-law, O. Reg. 501/96
(1) Ontario Regulation 501/96, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the Central Almaguin Planning Board.

The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-01 of the Central Almaguin Planning Board.

(1) Ontario Regulation 516/98, as it read immediately before this Regulation comes into force, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed under section 34 of the Act by the Central Almaguin Planning Board.

The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 2011-02 of the Central Almaguin Planning Board.
