In this Regulation,

— First Nation
“First Nation” means a band as defined in the Indian Act (Canada).

— Publicly funded organizations: exclusions
The following are not publicly funded organizations:
s. 2(1)
A district social services administration board established under the District Social Services Administration Boards Act.
s. 2(2)
A First Nation.
s. 3
Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
