(1) In this section, when a form is referred to by number, the reference is to the form with that number that is described in Schedule 1.
A determination of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for filing in the Superior Court of Justice under subsection 46.2 (6) of the Act shall be in Form 1.
An interim or final order of the Ontario Labour Relations Board for filing in the Superior Court of Justice under subsection 46.4 (8) of the Act shall be in Form 2.
