— Prescribed programs
The following programs are prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “witness protection program” in subsection 7 (6) of the Act:
s. 1(1)
Ontario’s Witness Protection Program, administered by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
s. 1(2)
The OPP Witness Protection Program, administered by the Ontario Provincial Police.
