— Exempted local boards
The following local boards are exempted from the definition of “local board” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act:
s. 1(1)
A society as defined in subsection 2 (1) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017.
s. 1(2)
A board of health as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the Health Protection and Promotion Act.
s. 1(3)
A committee of management established under the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021.
s. 1(4)
A police service board within the meaning of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019.
s. 1(5)
A board as defined in section 1 of the Public Libraries Act. ; ; ;
