— Prescribed offences
The offences mentioned in sections 151, 152, 153, 153.1, subsection 160 (3) and sections 162, 162.1, 163.1, 170, 171.1, 172.1, 172.2, 271, 272 and 273 of the Criminal Code (Canada) are prescribed offences for the purposes of clause 51 (5.2) (a) of the Health Professions Procedural Code in Schedule 2 to the Act.
