For the purposes of sections 44.2, 48.0.2, 48.0.3 and 48.0.4 of the Act,

— approved drug screening equipment
“approved drug screening equipment” means drug screening equipment that is designed to ascertain the presence of a drug in a person’s body and that is prescribed by or approved under the Criminal Code (Canada).
