— Application
This Order applies to lands in the City of Toronto, in the Province of Ontario, being the lands described as Part Lots 3 and 4, Concession 2, as identified by Property Identification Number 10368-0833 (LT) registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Toronto (No. 80).

— Zoning requirement
Despite clause 64.44 (1) (b) of the former City of North York Zoning By-law No. 7625, as amended, the maximum gross floor area of all buildings on the lands described in section 1 of this Regulation is 275,705 square metres. ;
