— Withdrawal of allegation
For the purposes of subsection 58.1 (6) of the Act, a person’s eligibility to receive funding ceases upon the withdrawal by the student, or in the case of a minor, the student’s parent or guardian, of the allegation of sexual abuse or prohibited act involving child pornography.
