— Deadline for granting certain permissions
With respect to an application to the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority dated February 16, 2021 for a permission to carry out part of a development project on lands in the City of Pickering that are more fully described in section 2 of Ontario Regulation 607/20 (Zoning Order — City of Pickering, Regional Municipality of Durham) made under the Planning Act, for which the requirements of subsection 28.0.1 (1) of the Act have been met, the Authority shall grant the permission on or before March 12, 2021.
