— Power of attorney
A power of attorney referred to in subsection 25 (4) of the Act shall be in the form entitled “Power of Attorney - The Limited Partnerships Act / Procuration - Loi sur les Sociétés en Commandite”, as amended from time to time, that is available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository.
