— Special payment
(1) A special payment is payable by the Plan to every optometrist in Ontario who rendered one or more insured optometry services on or after April 1, 2011 and before April 1, 2021.

The amount of the special payment shall be calculated in accordance with the document of the Ministry entitled “Methodology for the Implementation of the 2021 OHIP Optometry One-Time Payments”.
