— Prescribed form
A production order referred to in subsection 231.1 (1) of the Act shall be in the form,
s. 1(a)
entitled “Production Order Under section 231.1 of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006” in English or “Ordonnance de production en vertu de l’article 231.1 de la Loi de 2006 sur la location à usage d’habitation” in French;
s. 1(b)
dated 2021/12; and
s. 1(c)
available on the website of the Government of Ontario Central Forms Repository.
