— Provincial priorities
The following are provincial priorities prescribed for the purposes of sections 226.8, 226.9 and 226.9.1 of the Act:
s. 1(1)
Building 1.5 million new residential units by December 31, 2031.
s. 1(2)
Constructing and maintaining infrastructure to support housing, including,
s. 1(2)(i)
transit,
s. 1(2)(ii)
roads,
s. 1(2)(iii)
utilities, and
s. 1(2)(iv)
servicing.
