— Object re transit-oriented communities
(1) The following is prescribed as an additional object of the Corporation:
s. 1(1)(1)
To support the development of transit-oriented community projects as defined in the Transit-Oriented Communities Act, 2020.
s. 1(2)
For greater certainty, in carrying out its object as described in paragraph 1 of subsection (1), the Corporation may,
s. 1(2)(a)
acquire, by expropriation or otherwise, interests in real or personal property; or
s. 1(2)(b)
hold, lease, dispose of interests in real or personal property.
