In this Regulation,
“large excavation or dig site” means an excavation or dig site that is comprised of,
at least two properties or parts of properties, each having its own municipal address, or
one or more properties or parts of properties, at least one of which has no municipal address.
The following types of locate requests are specified requests:
A locate request that is in regard to a large excavation or dig site.
For the purposes of clause 6 (2) (a) of the Act, a time period set out in Column 2 of the Table to this section is prescribed in respect of the specified request set out opposite the time period in Column 1 of the Table.
