— Additional object of the Corporation
For the purposes of paragraph 10 of section 40 of the Act, the following is prescribed as an additional object of the Corporation:
s. 1(1)
To assist the Ministry in fulfilling Ontario’s obligations to report to the federal government in relation to trades and apprenticeship.
s. 2
— Prescribed matter, collection and use of personal information
For the purposes of paragraph 4 of subsection 62 (2) of the Act, the following is prescribed as a matter for which the Corporation may collect and use personal information:
s. 2(1)
Assisting the Ministry in fulfilling Ontario’s obligations to report to the federal government in relation to trades and apprenticeship.
