— Form of notice
A notice of termination given by a landlord under section 59 of the Act for the failure of a tenant to pay rent lawfully owing under a tenancy agreement shall be in version 1 of the form titled “Notice to End Your Tenancy Early for Non-payment of Rent (N4)”, available on the Landlord and Tenant Board’s website.
