— Deemed zoning by-law
Sections 1, 14 to 45, 47 to 86 and 88 and Schedules 1, 3 to 13, 15 to 28, 30 to 33, 35 to 41, 43 to 44 and 47 to 51 to this Regulation, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 211/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the City of Markham.
