s. 1
The following fees are payable to the Crown by a commissioner appointed under section 4 of the Act:
s. 1(1)
For an appointment, $75.
s. 1(2)
For a renewal of an appointment, $50.
s. 2
Section 1 does not apply to the appointment or the renewal of an appointment of a commissioner who is an employee of,
s. 2(a)
the Government of Canada;
s. 2(b)
the Government of Ontario;
s. 2(c)
a municipality in Ontario;
s. 2(d)
a children’s aid society under the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017; or
s. 2(e)
the band of a First Nation in Ontario. ; ;
s. 3
A 10-year period is prescribed for the purposes of subsections 4 (3) and (3.1) of the Act.
