In this Regulation,

“site” means the site known as the Toronto Harbour Commissioners Constructed Dredged Storage Enclosure located on the south side of the Leslie Street spit in the City of Toronto.

The contaminated sediments located in the Keating Channel and in the lower Don River in the City of Toronto are designated as a waste for the purposes of the definition of “waste” in section 25 of the Act.
