An applicant for a motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence shall produce evidence satisfactory to the Minister that the applicant has,
attended a course of instruction in the safe operation of motorized snow vehicles recognized by the Minister; and
passed a test of knowledge and competence approved by the Minister.
A motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence shall expire upon the issuance of a driver’s licence to the holder of the motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence.
No person having a valid or suspended driver’s licence shall apply for, secure or retain in his or her possession, a motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence.
The fee is $7 for a motorized snow vehicle operator’s licence and for a duplicate if the original is lost or destroyed.
