(1) The functions of the Director of Land Registration referred to in the sections set out in Column 2 of Schedule 2 of the Acts set out opposite thereto in Column 1 of Schedule 2 are transferred to the Director of Titles.
s. 2(2)
Despite subsection (1), the Director of Land Registration shall retain concurrent authority to perform the functions transferred under subsection (1).
