s. 1

(1) If the daily allowance payable to any person described in section 2 exceeds $135, the allowance is reduced to the greater of,

s. 1(1)(a)

96.17 per cent of the original daily allowance; and

s. 1(1)(b)

$135.

Subsection (1) applies in respect of daily allowances earned after August 10, 1993 and before April 1, 1994.

96.93 per cent of the original daily allowance; and

s. 1.1(1)(b)

Subsection (1) applies in respect of daily allowances earned after March 31, 1994.

This Regulation applies to any person, other than a public servant, appointed to an office or as a member of an agency, board, commission or other body if the member was appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council or by a member of the Executive Council.
