The delegation of authority under section 51 of the Act set out in Ontario Regulation 5 1 6/89 is hereby withdrawn in respect of all applications for approval regarding land described in section 2.

This Order applies to the land in the City of Timmins in the District of Cochrane being part of Lot 5 in Concession 11 designated as lots 6, 7 and 8 on Plan M-197-C registered in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Cochrane (No. 6). O. Reg. 1 /94, s. 2.
