For the purposes of subsection 5 (2) of the Act, the prescribed number of members to be appointed to the joint committee by the Minister is six.

(1) For the purposes of subsection 5.4 (2) of the Act, the prescribed number of physicians to be appointed to the payment committee by the Minister is 20.
s. 1.1(2)
Quorum for the payment committee is 10 members, of whom,
s. 1.1(2)(a)
five shall be members described in clause 5.4 (2) (a) of the Act; and
s. 1.1(2)(b)
five shall be members described in clause 5.4 (2) (b) of the Act.
