(1) Ontario Regulation 672/81, as it read immediately before its revocation under section 2, shall be deemed to be and to always have been a by-law of the Manitoulin Planning Board under section 34 of the Act.

The deemed by-law shall be referred to as by-law number 96-01 of the Manitoulin Planning Board.
