(1) Every hospital subsidiary shall provide a copy of its most recent audited annual financial statements to the Minister,
s. 1(1)(a)
within 30 days after this Regulation is published in The Ontario Gazette;
s. 1(1)(b)
on or before June 30, 1997, if more recent audited annual financial statements have become available since the copy was provided under clause (a); and
s. 1(1)(c)
on or before June 30 of each year after 1997. ;
