The Minister’s authority to give consents under section 53 of the Act as it read on March 27, 1995 and continued by section 74.1 of the Act,
s. 1(a)
is delegated to the Blind River and Suburban Planning Board with respect to applications for consent whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 1;
s. 1(b)
is delegated to the Espanola Planning Board with respect to applications for consent whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 2;
s. 1(c)
is delegated to the Temagami Planning Board with respect to applications for consent whose file numbers are set out in Schedule 3.
